One of the founding partners at Litchfields. Raj is currently the managing partner and member of both the ICAEW and CIOT. Building the client base into several niches, his expertise lies in providing constructive and value adding advice across different areas, to clients. Raj is a member of several faculties with the ICAEW, helping the Institute to deliver on member services and provide a voice on behalf of members to other regulatory bodies. Outside of work, his interests are cooking, travelling the world and climbing mountains!
Emily joined Litchfields as a client manager, having trained and qualified as an ACA at a similar sized firm. With a keen eye for detail and problem solving, she is currently studying towards her CTA qualification. Away from work and studies, Emily has a passion for dance, and currently teaches locally to where she lives.
Binita has been with Litchfields since 2011 and has built up experience in the Barristers sector, as well as Healthcare, HNWI as well as complex sole trader and partnerships. Joining Litchfields as a qualified ACCA member, her holistic approach to dealing with and solving matters efficiently means that our clients can be rest assured they are being well looked after. Becoming a mother to twins, she actually comes into work to “de-stress”!
Joining us from the commercial sector, previously working for a luxury label manufacturer and distributor, Fernando brings his unique insight and nous to the team. His attention to detail and methodical approach to projects such as business mergers and restructurings ensures that our clients can continue with their work on a day to day basis seamlessly. Being already ACCA qualified, Fernando is currently studying towards his CTA qualification. Most recently, a father to two tortoises and backpacker, there is never a dull moment to be had when in his company.
Ioana joined Litchfields in 2018 from a similar sized firm. Her experience in unravelling complex client accounts demonstrates her ability to take challenges head on. Currently studying towards her ACA, her experience to date continues to add value to the range of services we’re able to offer to clients. Outside of work, Ioana loves spending time with her cat and her husband (in that order)!
At the heart of the Litchfields team, Mandip is our office manager and responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the office, ranging from all external correspondence and managing workflow, to all administrative matters and making sure clients are being well looked after. Growing into the role since 2017, she is probably the first person to speak to you, always with a smile and ready to help! A self-confessed foodie and shoeaholic, she is Litchfields resident macaroni and cheese loving shoe fitter (every office needs one)!
Joining Litchfields in 2018 from a similar sized firm, as a graduate trainee, Roshni has already proven her mettle in different areas of becoming a chartered accountant. Having completed her degree in Maths with Finance and Accounting in 2016, her analytical and logical approach to dealing with client affairs has led to Roshni taking responsibility within a short period of time. In addition to volunteering her time as a language teacher, Roshni spends her free time cooking, dancing and travelling.
Joining the Litchfields team towards the end of 2018, Thomas comes on board as Litchfields’ second apprentice. With a strong eye for detail, as well as efficiency, Thomas is involved with payroll and book-keeping across many of our clients. Working alongside the client managers, Thomas hopes to get through his AAT studies as soon as possible, before moving ahead with his Chartered qualification.
Tommy joined Litchfields after the much-publicised campaign of recruiting apprentices in 2014. Although a small firm, we were determined to bring on board a bright, promising talent and help them on their way to qualifications and a career path. Tommy is currently studying towards his AAT and has become an integral part of the Litchfields team, taking responsibility for client affairs, as well as payroll and training staff on internal systems. A passionate Chelsea fan, he still harbours hopes to trade his books for boots!
